Simplex Design Options

Simplex Points: the number of runs needed to construct the specified degree simplex for a given number of components.

Augment design: augment points create experiments to be run at interior settings (default setting is on)

Number of runs to replicate: an option to augment the design to improve design analysis properties

Order: Determines which points will be replicated.

Blocks: for each block above 1 an additional run will be replicated.

Replicates needed for blocking: how many of the replicated runs are used to estimate the block effects

Total runs: the sum of simplex points, augment points, and number of runs to replicate
